PL/SQL Lead

Job Responsibilities

Summary:


  • IT Firm seeks a PL/SQL Lead
  • 40 hours/week Monday-Friday


Specific Position Responsibilities


  • Responsibilities include understanding client’s business requirements and designing a system, migrating of databases from SQL Servers to Oracle Servers.
  • Create control files, loader scripts to load data into staging tables.
  • Create UNIX scripts to automate the data loading and schedule CRON jobs, processing XML files to load data into Oracle tables.
  • Create standard and customized procedures to implement business logic, writing PL/SQL Packages, Functions, Stored Procedures and Triggers.

Job Qualifications

Specific Position Requirements


  • Experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, UNIX, Sybase, Toad required.
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/CIS with 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/CIS with 5 years of progressive experience.
