Established in 1994, SIRC provides the Federal Government and commercial clients with Information Technology Cybersecurity Services, including software development, database management, system and network administration, information assurance, technical support and systems integration. Over the past decade, SIRC has perfected intelligent application of appropriate technologies, flexible and proven methodologies and deployment of highly skilled technology professionals. SIRC has supported Customers throughout all Defense and Civilian Federal Agencies, and has provided key expertise to State and Local departments as well.

SIRC is a minority-woman-owned, small business. We are a contract holder of GSA Federal Supply Schedule 70 and Navy Seaport-e Multiple Award Contract.
